Overview

The city of Maple Ridge wanted to see a landmark at this location. ConEcon is proud to have provided this landmark for the community and to have been involved with this project right from the design concept stage. Meadows Pointe now stands as an icon for a budding city, providing a gateway to the rest of Maple Ridge.

Results

Construction for Meadows Pointe was set for a 20-month construction schedule and was completed on time and within its budget. The result is a 22 unit boutique landmark of Maple Ridge with one level of underground parking, electric vehicle charging stations and a residential playground.
