Overview

The Project is a Retail–Office Mixed Use development with surface parking. It contains two buildings designated as building A & B.  The exterior walls are stucco, concrete, storefront glazing, metal doors, and cultured stone.  The roof finishes are ballasted EPDM roofing system. The heating system is conventional distribution from roof top units in Building ‘A’ and heat pump system in Building ‘B’.  Site development includes asphalt paving, site services, sidewalks and landscaping.
