Overview

The Project is a six-storey mixed use development with 1 level of undergroundparking, 7commercial retail unitson the ground floor and a total of 100 residential condominiums on the upper floors.   The Residential unit mix will consist of  (29) one bedroom units, (12) one bedroom plus den units, (4) two bedroom townhouses, (50) two bedroom units and (5) two bedroom plus den units.  Exterior finishes will include cementfibre siding, compositemetal panels, brickveneer, paintedconcrete, glazed metal balcony guard rails, glazedmetal canopies, vinylresidential windows, glazedaluminum storefront, overhead and metal clad doors.
