105 units, four storey hotel development with surface parking.  The exterior finishes include acrylic stucco, prefinished metal panels, aluminum windows, storefront glazing, steel brackets & trellis, and metal canopy.  One elevator serves the all three floors.  Heating and air conditioning provided by individual heat pump units.  The site work includes on and off – site services, asphalt paving, sidewalks and landscaping along property lines.
