Overview

The project is the renovation of an addition to an existing two-storey institutional building with surface parking.  The main floor contains a lobby, kitchen area, washrooms and social hall.  The upper floor is a prayer hall.  The exterior finishes are a combination of brick veneer, stucco and wood trims with glazed aluminum entrances and windows, hollow metal and wood doors.   The roof finishes are a combination of 2-ply SBS roofing and asphalt  shingles.  Site work will include demolition, upgrading of electrical and water services, roadworks and hard and soft landscaping.
