The Project is a 40 unit condominium development configured into a 4-storey wood-frame building on top of one level of underground parkade.  The unit mix will include 4 studio units, 8 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units, 7 two-bedroom and den units and 1 three-bedroom unit.
