Overview

The Project is a Retail–Office Mixed Use development with surface parking. It contains three buildings designated as building A, B & C.  The exterior walls are stucco, masonry, strorefront glazing, metal doors, and cultured stone.  The roof finishes are ballasted EPDM roofing system. The heating system is convetional distribution from roof top units. Site development will include asphalt paving, stamped asphalt, sidewalks and landscaping.
