Overview

The project is extension to an existing two storey commercial development. The construction will primarily be tilt-up concrete wall panels and structural steel.  The exterior wall finishes will include metal cladding, curtain wall system, anodized aluminum composite panels.  Roof finishes will be river rock ballast on EPDM roofing membrane. The site development work will include asphalt paved surface parking and landscaping.
