62 units, four storey motel development with surface parking.  The unit mix consists of 25 – king units, 21 double queen, 2 handicap accessible queen, and 14 – 1 bedroom suites.  The exterior finishes are a combination of hardi-plank siding, stucco, hardi-boards, ledgestone veneer, vinyl windows and storefront glazing.  One elevator serves the all four floors with site work including on and off – site services, asphalt paving for 65 stall parking, sidewalks and landscaping along property lines.
