Overview

The Project is a four-storey mixed-use development and will contain four (4) commercial retail units (CRU) and seventeen (17) residential units.  The residential unit mix consists of one (1) studio, seven (7) one-bedroom units, seven (7) two-bedroom units and two (2) micro-loft units.
