The exterior wall finishes are a combination of metal panels, curtain wall, brick, fiber cement siding and wood trims on a rainscreen system with double glazed vinyl framed windows, patio doors and metal clad doors. The roof finishes are torched-on membrane for the condominium and asphalt shingles for the heritage buildings. The site work includes underground drainage services, sewer mains, manholes, water mains, electrical site services, road works, and outdoor amentiy space, hard and soft landscaping.
