A 45 unit mixed-use development with up to 7000 sq. ft. of retail space in South Burnaby. Metric Living situates itself centrally in the buzzing Metrotown area at the intersection of Royal Oak and Imperial. The Project is comprised of four stories with surface and underground parking.
In spite of many challenges on this project, including the offsite work as well as the substructure, the initial project deliverables were completed on budget and within the time limitations.
