The Project is a six-storey, 109 unit condominium development on surfaced 2 level parkades.  The Residential unit mix consists of (40) one bedroom with one bathroom units, (4) two bedroom with two bathroom and luandry / storage units, (20) two bedroom with one bathroom units, and (45) two bedroom with two bathroom units.  Exterior finishes include rainscreen cement fibre hardie panels, & shake siding, cultured stone veneer with concrete cap, vinyl framed glazing windows, aluminum frame curtain wall glazing with heavey timber, pre-finished metal deck railing with pickets.   The roof finish is asphalt shingle roof system. Site work includes excavation, shoring, site service connections, concrete sidewalks, planters, hard and soft landscaping.
