Overview

The development is five three storey, wood framed buildings containing 26 residential units on standard foundations.  The building has 4″ exposure painted cement plank siding, wood trim and asphalt shingles for the roof.  The building will also feature painted metal balcony guardrails.  The ground level has tandem double-car  garages for each unit, living/dining quarters on the second floor and bedrooms on the third floor.  Site work includes landscaping, fencing, brick pilasters, paving stones, asphalt paving and  concrete pedestrian walkways.
