The Project is 30 unit single-family home development in a serviced subdivision. In terms with the Lender’s loan agreement, the maximum number of houses under construction will be limited to six (6) comprised of four (4) unsold and two (2) sold units.
Each house will be 2-storeys high and contain four (4) bedrooms or three (3) bedrooms plus den or flex room. Flex rooms are essentially rooms or spaces that you can use for a variety of purposes. These spaces are also referred to as bonus rooms and multipurpose rooms, and sometimes as prayer or meditation rooms. The purpose of a flex room is to provide homeowners with flexibility as their needs and lifestyles evolve.
