The project is 14 unit townhouse development configured into 10 2-storey buildings. Building 1, 2, 9 and 10 are duplexes and building 3 to 8 are free standing strata buildings.  The ground floor of each unit consists of a 2-car garage, entry, living/dining quarters, kitchen and powder room.  The upper levels include 3 bedrooms or 2 bedroom and den, bathroom, laundry closet, and master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-closet.   Exterior finishes are a combination of hardi shingle siding, cement fiber siding, hardi-plank siding, wood trims, pre-finished aluminum gutters, double glazed vinyl windows, metal-clad doors, overhead garage doors and prefabricated balcony guardrails. The roof is asphalt shingles. The site work includes site preparation, underground storm, sanitary and water main services, electrical civil works, roadworks and landscaping.
