The Project is a (9) storey concrete and steel apartment development with one basement level.   It will contain (40) residential rental units with (1) commercial retail unit at ground level.  All units will be studio style, each residential floor from the second through to the ninth will each consist of (5) residential units accessible from (2) stair wells and (1) elevator.  Exterior finishes will include glazed aluminum curtain wall and storefront doors, aluminum sub shades, metal cladding and spandrel panels, composite panels, and retractable fabric awning.  The roof finish will be concrete pavers on pedestals over a 2 ply SBS torch down membrane.
