Overview

The Project is a mixed-use residential-commercial development over one level of concrete underground parking which will consist of (50) stacked townhouse units and (11) multi-purpose commercial units. The residential unit mix will consist of (15) one bedroom units, (25) two bedroom units and (10) three bedroom units. It is assumed that Levels 1, 2 & 3 will be reinforced concrete structure and Levels 4 and 5 will be wood-frame construction. Exterior cladding finishes will primarily be a combination of brick veneer, finished concrete and standing seam metal cladding.
