The Project is a 64 unit townhouse development consisting of 7 – two storey and 5 – three storey units.  The exterior features consist of  wood shake profile asphalt shingle roofing, hardi plank siding & shingles, brick finishes, pre-finished aluminum gutter, painted steel door, painted metal o/h garage door, painted 9×9 built-up column and 1×4 wood trims.  All units are with garage on the basement level, living quarters on the second floor, and bedrooms on the third floor.  Site work includes landscaping, asphalt paving, concrete pedestrian walkway, garbage enclosure, mailboxes and children play area.
