Overview

The Project is a two storey tilt-up Industrial Building with surface parking.  The exterior walls predominantly are painted tilt up concrete panels with steel doors, storefront glazing, pre-finihsed overhead doors. The roof finish is single ply SBS torch on membrane roofing on fire board on 4″ rigid insulation.  Site work includes asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, landscaping.
