The project is a two-storey commercial retail building in the heart of busy downtown Vancouver. With BCAA as the tenant, the building includes surface parking as well as a modern exterior finish.
Results
This project had a construction schedule of 11 months including tenant improvements and was completed on schedule and within its budget.
