Overview

The Project is a six storey, 30 unit residential apartment development above one level of below grade parking.  The unit mix will consist of 23 one bedroom units and seven (7) two bedroom.  Level 1 will contain an entrance lobby, indoor amenity room, one (1) bedroom unit, 17 stall bicycle storage room, 14 parking stalls and a refuse/recycling room.
