Overview

The Project is a 6-storey condominium / townhouse development that will provide 48 dwelling units with 51 car parking stalls in a 2-storey underground parkade. The development will also include 3 townhomes which are detached from the main condominium building. The underground parkade will consist of storage lockers rooms, bicylcle storage rooms, service rooms, elevator lobbies and parking space. Each townhouse unit will have 3 bedrooms and the condominium building’s residential unit mix will consist of 2 studio units, 18 one bedroom units, 19 two-bedroom units and 6 three-bedroom units.
