Overview

The Project is 6-storey condominium development providing 73 dwelling units and 110 stalls of parking in the 2-storey underground parkade.  The development will also revitalize 3 heritage buildings which will be converted into 5 dwelling units.  The underground parkade consists of storage lockers, service rooms and parking space.  The upper levels of the condominium building consists of 24 bachelor suites, 18 one-bedroom units, 17 one-bedroom and den units and 9 two-bedroom and den units.  The main floor also includes an amenity suite, and two elevators that service each level.  Each unit has access to a patio or balcony. Two of the revitalized heritage buildings are 2-storey tall and consist of 2 two-bedroom units.  One of the revitalized heritage building is also be 2-storey tall and consists of 2-bedrooms and one master bedroom in the attic level. Each unit has access to a patio or balcony. The exterior wall finishes are a combination of metal panels, curtain wall, brick, fiber cement siding and wood trims on a rainscreen system with double glazed vinyl framed windows, patio doors and metal clad doors.  The roof finishes are torched-on membrane for the condominium and asphalt shingles for the heritage buildings.  The site work includes underground drainage services, sewer mains, manholes, water mains, electrical site services, road works, and outdoor amentiy space, hard and soft landscaping.
