Overview

The project is the construction of a dining & licensed beverage establishment within the Vancouver Trade & Convention Centre.  The establishment contains a lounge and restaurant area, washrooms, kitchen area with food storage and staff room area. The exterior finishes will be a combination of existing glazed aluminum storefront with added architectural woodwork, signage, glazed aluminum  and wood doors.  Interior construction consists of selective demolition, metal stud gypsum board partitions, carpet and tile floor finishes, suspended ceilings, architectural millwork, furnishings, food preparation, bar and dishwashing equipment, furnishings, mechanical and electrical work.
