The Project is the Phase 2 expansion and renovation of an existing church.  The construction will involve selective demolition, and a two-storey expansion at the north-east corner of the existing building.  The addition will consist of new stairwells, café, storage, washrooms, mezzanine, recording studio, classroom, expansion of existing kitchen, and the retrofit washrooms with new fixtures and vanities.  The site work will include concrete walkways, stairs, accessible ramp, hard and soft landscaping.
