Overview

The Project is a single storey mixed-use development of a gas station.  The development includes a gas station, convenience store and cafe/restaurant.  Six (6) pumps and twenty-two (22) stalls of parking will also be provided on site. The roof finishes are 24-ga prefinished standing seam metal roof.  Exterior finishes are fiber cement siding, exposed engineered wood structures, painted concrete, aluminum-framed storefront entrance, metal windows, metal-clad doors and building signage. On and off-site work included above and below grade services, sidewalks, driveway and surface parking and landscaping.
