The total Project is a 75 unit townhouse development configured into 18 buildings and an amenity building in South Surrey’s Morgan Heights neighbourhood.
Results
During the construction of the Sakura residences, we managed to uncover hidden costs that had not been accounted for. The team was able to strategically allocate funds to cover these costs without exceeding the set budget. The total project was constructed in three phases over a period of 28 months within budget.
