The Project is the development of two storey commercial building with surface parking. The exterior walls predominantly are tilt up concrete panels with strorefront windows, spandrel panels, hollow metal doors, overhead rolling doors and glazed canopies.  Concrete walls are furred in with insulated and boarded steel studs. The floor and roof structures are metal decking on OWSJ’s with concrete topping. The roof finishes are ballasted EPDM roofing system with Polyisocyanurate rigid insulation.  One hydraulic elevator serves the two floors.  The site services include hydro kiosk, underground conduits and mechanical services.
