Overview

The Project is a four-storey 31 unit mixed use development with one level of underground parking in the developing downtown core of Maple Ridge with a gross floor area totaling 36,224 square feet. The building is a mix of styles from contemporary, industrial chic, to the sturdiness and historic look of classic brick.

Results

The construction was scheduled for the duration of 19 months. Signature completed on schedule and within budget.
