The Project is 22 unit townhouse development configured into 6 buildings.  The subject Phase II consist of 11 units divided into buildings 4, 5 and 6.  Each building is 3 storeys high with attached garages for each unit.  The ground floor will consist of a den, storage closet, garage and a mechanical closet.  The second floor will consist of a family room, dining room, kitchen, living room powder room and closet.  The third floor will consist of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry closet and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.  Buildings 1 and 5 will each have an electrical closet at the south elevation. The roof finishes are laminated fiberglass roof shingles.  Exterior finishes will include painted fiber cement siding, panels and trim, cultured stone veneer, aluminum guardrails, vinyl-framed windows and patio doors, metal-clad exterior doors and overhead garage doors. On-site work will includes asphalt paved driveways, concrete walkways, hard and soft landscaping.  Off-site work will includes concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs, off-site roadwork and landscaping.
