Four storey wood frame apartment development with two levels of concrete underground parkade.  The ground level consists of three commercial retail units, residetial lobby, commercial garbage and residential garbage areas.  All residential suites will consist of two bedrooms.   The exterior finishes are limestone on level 1 and cement fibre boards on the upper floors, aluminum windows, glazed balcony railings, and wood trims.   Roof finishes are 2-ply SBS membrane system.  Heating of the suites will be by electric baseboard heaters.  Off site work includes the sidewalks, pavers, planters, boulevard trees and landscaping.
