The project is a 26 unit, 3-storey wood-frame townhouse development configured into 3 buildings designated as Building 1, 2 & 3.  Buildings No. 1 and 3 contain (17) units with tandem-car garages on the ground floor and Building No. 2 contains (9) units with single car parking garages on the ground floor.  All unit contain kitchen, living area and dining area on the main floor and bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor.  The exterior finishes are a combination shingle siding, horizontal vinyl siding, wood trim, ornamental louvers and prefinished metal guardrailings with double glazed vinyl residential windows, metal clad doors and overhead garage doors.  Roof finishes are asphalt shingles.  Heating of the suites is by electric baseboard convectors.  Site work includes storm, sanitary, water and hydro utilities, asphalt paving, sidewalks, pavers, retaining walls, and landscaping.
