Overview

The project is a (32) unit, wood frame four-storey condominium development with two levels of concrete underground parking.  The Residential unit mix consists of (10) one bedroom units and (22) two bedroom units.  Exterior finishes include cement fibre panels, wood trim, fibre crown moulding, brick veneer, prefinished metal panels, glazed metal balcony guard rails, vinyl frame  residential windows, glazed aluminum storefront and metal clad doors. Site work included storm, sanitary, water, electrical site service connections, paving stones, concrete planters and landscaping.
