Project Management
ConEcon’s innovative solutions and effective project management techniques – including cost estimating, sequential tendering, just-in-time procurement and multiple-prime contracting – allow us to undertake a construction project as a complete turnkey operation. Our team includes a full complement of experienced quantity surveying, cost planning and administrative personnel, as well as highly-trained site superintendents who continue to maintain the integrity of ConEcon on, and off the site. All this enables us to take a collaborative and holistic approach to streamlining the construction process.
ConEcon’s Project Management clients continue to be those who are themselves well experienced in construction, yet appreciate the professional service ConEcon provides.

How We Work
Transparency is the key to our construction management approach. In this process, ConEcon works as the Owner’s representative for all construction related decisions, yet all decisions are respectfully made in consultation with the client.
Prior to mobilization at the Project site, a cost plan is prepared based upon our in-house cost estimates and substantial tendering of the Project. With consultation of our client, this cost plan is set as the baseline for cost management throughout construction. A baseline schedule is prepared to establish a system for time control during construction, and to meet the targets of our client.
Constant trade coordination and safety controls are implemented at the construction site to minimize the potential risks typically associated with a real estate development project. Final completion and approvals are coordinated among the trade contractors and consultants in order to complete the turn key operation for our client.
What Clients Say
[We] worked with ConEcon Projects Inc. on construction of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Richmond, BC. ConEcon's management of trade contractors and the coordination with consultants was effective, and the quality obtained from both ConEcon and tradesmen were well met or exceeded specified performance requirements. We therefore, without hesitation recommend ConEcon as qualified construction managers on projects of similar scope and complexity.
