The Project is 26 unit townhouse development configured into 5 buildings with an indoor amenity building.  All dwelling units will be 3-storeys high and contain a double car parking garage.  The ground floor will consist of a recreation room, storage room and washroom.  The second floor will consist of living and dining quarters.  The third floor will consist of two bedrooms, washroom, laundry room, storage closet and a master bedroom complete with ensuite and walk-in closet.  The amenity building and buildings 1, 2 & 6 will have access to a roof-top deck. The exterior wall finishes will be a combination of cultured stone, fiber cement siding and wood trims on a rainscreen system with double glazed vinyl framed windows, metal clad doors, overhead garage doors and aluminum-glazed guardrails.  The roof finishes will be torched-on membrane.  The site work will include underground drainage services, sewer mains, manholes, water mains, electrical site services, road works, hard and soft landscaping.
