The Project is a Transition Housing development with surface parking configured into two buildings designated as Residential Building and Innovation Centre. It is a 69 residential unit, 6 storey wood-frame development on one level of underground concrete parking structure.


With our work on Rising Sun Villas, we were able to point out cost savings to the developer, and once approved, were able to lower the overall project budget. Successes like these, in which we are able to creat real cost savings for our clients, is what we at ConEcon strive for. This project had a 326 days construction schedule and was completed on schedule and within its budget.
